Ticket Purchase and Entry

All tickets are sold for entry to the event on the date and time specified. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

Use of Venue

The event takes place in a public building rented for the sole purpose of hosting this event. Attendance is subject to the rules, regulations, and capacity limits of the venue. Attendees agree to comply with all posted venue policies and instructions from event staff or security.

Third-Party Vendors

The event may include food, merchandise, or services provided by independent third-party vendors. These vendors operate separately from the event organizer and are solely responsible for their products, services, pricing, and any related transactions or liabilities. The event organizer is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or offerings of third-party vendors.

Health and Safety

Attendees attend the event at their own risk. The event organizer is not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property, except where required by law. Attendees must follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures communicated by event staff or the venue.

Assumption of Risk

By attending the event, attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including risks related to crowds, vendors, venue facilities, and interactions with other attendees.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the event organizer, venue, and their respective officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to attendance at the event.

Event Changes or Cancellation

The event organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, vendors, or programming, or to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified of any refund or credit policies, if applicable.

Photography and Recording

The event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By attending, you grant the event organizer permission to use your image or likeness in event-related media for promotional or informational purposes, unless prohibited by law.

Prohibited Conduct

Attendees may not engage in illegal, disruptive, or unsafe behavior. Prohibited items or activities may be restricted by the event organizer or venue. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is held, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
